The Jazz Approach is a first-of-its-kind Canadian pilot creation program for those with no prior flight experience. Offered by Cygnet Aviation Academy, CAE, and Jazz Aviation LP, this pathway leads directly to a First Officer role with Jazz. 

Program Overview 

• Full iATPL training at Cygnet 
• Jet Orientation Training at CAE Toronto 
• Airline-standard curriculum and mentorship 

Eligibility 

• Unrestricted right to live and work in Canada 
• No prior flight experience required 
• Category 1 Medical Certificate 

Training Timeline 

• 20 months in Kingston 
• 2 weeks Jet Orientation at CAE Toronto 

Outcomes 

• Conditional employment with Jazz Aviation 
• Airline-ready certification 
• Career support and guidance
